- Please choose your items carefully as products can not be returned due to “change of mind” we are happy to talk you through the options to make sure you are picking the right product for your project, don’t hesitate to call or email.
- The information on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting our staff or a suitable professional such as a registered electrician. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.
- We always try to ensure our product information is up to date and end of life products are removed in a timely fashion, however if there was an exception to this we are not required to price match products.
- Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Prices and payment terms
- Our payment gateway provider is Stripe, they provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
- All products and shipping must be paid at the time of purchase and will not be shipped until it’s been received.
- For electrical services the payment terms will be discussed before proceeding with the job as they may vary. Payment terms may include a deposit or payment for the materials prior to the work been carried out, the remaining invoice will need to be paid within 7 days of the invoice issued date.
Returns Process
- To return an item, please email us at sublimesolar@live.com with your return request, it must be within 7 days of receiving your items.
- Once the item has been inspected and is undamaged we will process your refund within 14 business days
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Warranties
- Please read the manufacturers warranties carefully for each product as they can differ,
- If there is an issue with your product please contact us and we will assist with your warranty claim
- If there is an issue caused by the install of your product and it was conducted by a third party then you must contact them to resolve the issue. We hold no responsibility for installs not completed by sublime Solar and electrical, please make sure you are using a suitable professional ( such as a register electrician) for your installation.
- If there was an issue with and install Sublime Solar and electrical conducted then please get in touch with us and we will work to resolve the issue.
